CCTV Contributors
From the Dargaville Community Development Board
The Dargaville Community CCTV Project is focused on creating a safe environment for visitors and residents alike. Locations for CCTV cameras have been selected on a basis of a statistical report prepared by the New Zealand Police highlighting the risk potential of public spaces in the business district of Dargaville.
Businesses who have contributed to Stage One of the CCTV Project - being the installation of infrastructure and 33 CCTV cameras are:

Please note that this list is in no particular order, apart from our three major sponsors being the first three businesses listed.
At present, we are following a procedure which will, hopefully, end with a targeted rate through the Kaipara District Council to cover the ongoing maintenance and costs of the CCTV Project. However, until this process has been completed and the target rate adopted by the Council, we are seeking financial contributions from Dargaville businesses on a monthly basis.
