Retirement Village Concept

 Dargaville Retirement Village

The vision of the Dargaville Community Development Board is to create an inviting and supportive gated community that offers independent living.  The solution is to provide a modern, gated Retirement Village with various living options and prices.  It would be supported by a number of share facilities including lounge, social and leisure areas.  The feasibility study and concept plans have been completed and discussions are underway with several organisations to move the project to the next step.
